Jaipur National University is a Private University in the pink city. It was the first NAAC accredited private college in Rajasthan. The university was founded on October 22, 2007, through an Ordinance of the Government of Rajasthan. The University is sponsored by the Mahima Shiksha Samiti.

The university is also recognized by UGC, AICTE, BCI, MCI, and NCTE. There are also plenty of other achievements to their name. It was ranked amongst Top 30 Best Universities in India in 2015 by India Today.

The School of Engineering was Ranked No.1 in Rajasthan by Competition Success Review 2012. The Biotechnology programme of School of Life Sciences has been ranked amongst Top 20 private Biotechnology Institutes of India by Bio spectrum for consecutive three years.

  1. Kailash Gupta

Kailash Gupta was a student of Jaipur National University, in the M.Sc. Micro-Biology program, the batch of 2013. His rating for the university is as follows:

His opinion about the college was very positive. In his own words, “This is the main part of any college or university by which it gets a reputation. My college is well known for placements in other branches but when it comes to science, it is disappointing as there was hardly one or two campus interview which was conducted by the college for the placement of science student.”

He also had a few words for the internship offered by the university, “Yes my college provides internship but it does not give any kind of stipend. You have to pay some amount of fee for the internship.”

  1. Deepanshu Yadav

Deepanshu is a student of B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering. His second year of the program was in 2017-2018. His rating for the university is given below.

His opinion about the college is quite great. He writes, “The Placement of the university is very good almost 70% student of a batch is placed in campus placement, software and if field related company visited with the starting of final year and till the end. The T&P cell is very active and put all his effort to place a student, the lowest offered salary is 1.6 lpa the max is 6 lpa.

There are two types of internships available in the college. Arranged by the college which is not paid [and the other where] Student finds any organization for internship purpose.”

Deepanshu’s opinion about the university is quite good, as evident by his words.

  1. Raj Tatawat

Raj Tatawat was a student of M.Sc. Mathematics and Applied Physics, the batch of 2016. He feels the college deserves the best of ratings.

His words bring his love and praise for the university out very clearly. As he puts it in his own words, “It was nice as I have reviewed there some of my friend results. Because I was self-study private student, so I never got a chance to take part in an interview.

But some of my friends got selection in good companies. So there was totally a great opportunity to get a job after your degree. It was great, sometimes I visited there.

As I wasn’t a regular student, but the faculty helps me to solve my problem, whenever I contacted them. The course was too good having good practical labs, library, and other all facilities, as being the best private university of Rajasthan. So there is no problem to visit there anything anytime for your studies. The library is having always opened for students who really wish to learn something for their education.

The College environment is so friendly, familiar and helps full for all students, it may be regular or self-study private student, they always like to help us. They never say no to solve any problem. I think you should also take admission in this University.”

Raj Tatawat did not give a rating for an internship program at Jaipur National University.

  1. Himanshu Narwani

Himanshu Narwani pursued B.Com; his third year was in 2017-2018. He gives the university a good rating too.

As he puts it in his own words, “Many well-known companies came for placement with a good average package. They do provide [Internships] but if students want to do their own, they can do so.”

Keshav is a student in the B.Tech program in Computer Science, beginning in 2017. His ratings for the university range from moderately bad to average.

Keshav says, “Core companies including government organizations like Drdo, ISRO, ECIL and bel and multinational companies like Microsoft, Google, yahoo etc. Job opportunities in academic and research are verified by college authority by which varied options in it companies as designing developers. Companies like Wipro, TCS etc. come to our campus and offers a minimum order starting package of 4 to 5 lakh annually”

  1. Yash Gambhir

Yash is pursuing B.Com in Jaipur National University, beginning in the year 2017. He feels extremely satisfied by the university and gives it a good rating.

He believes the university is a great choice for students to study. As he explains in his own words, “There is a lot of opportunity for us as recently I have heard about my seniors being placed with a handsome package of 4.50 lakhs yearly. There is even a different department called placement cell which looks after our placements and stays in touch with companies and outside world.”

Yash also seemed to not know much about the internship program, as he says “No I do not know about this as I am in 1st year but however I have heard about this from my seniors and I know two of my seniors who are doing an internship but I am not well aware of it.”
