DU Likely To Make It Objective This Time For PG Aspirants

In a set of proposal of changes for this year’s post graduation admissions, the VC and the 18 member standing committee , comprising deans of various faculties , is giving a thought of replacing the subjective questions with the multiple choice.  The VC will take decision once the recommendations are made. Till last year admissions for post graduation was made through entrance examinations carrying subjective questions . As per the sources the schedule for examinations will be out soon after the recommendations.

Members of the committee responded by mentioning the fact that the need for change in  pattern is discussed to bring more transparency in the evaluation process, the committee had also decided to conduct the same  examinations in centres outside Delhi to make it easy for outstation students.

The admission process is likely to begin for UG courses by the end of this month and over 8000 students are expected to enroll this year.
