HC to consider Kanhaiyya’s bail.

The Delhi High Court declined to cancel Kanhaiyya’s bail on Thursday. It was a  6 month interim bail which was granted to JNUSU president. The declination happened soon after the petitions were filed by 2 private persons.
The court held that a probe couldn’t be interfered with by a stranger under crPC and the Delhi Police themselves were not in favour of cancelling the bail.
Prashanth Kumar and Vineet Jindal had moved 2 separate petition seeking the cancellation of the interim bail under the allegations that while being on bail, he continued his anti national activities by making public statements that the Indian armed forces rape women in Kashmir.
At the same time Justice PS Teji responded to the judgement stating that  alleging the speeches as anti national is the personal perception of the petitioner and nothing has been brought forth to establish that subh speeches were actually made or that the same were declared anti national by any court of law.
Kanhaiya was granted interim bail on May 2 by HC who is facing the charges of sedition in relation with an even that happend in JNUSU campus where it’s alleged that anti national slogans were shouted and Parliament attack convict was regarded as “martyr”k
