HC to consider Kanhaiyya’s bail.

The Delhi High Court declined to cancel Kanhaiyya’s bail on Thursday. It was a  6 month interim bail which was granted to JNUSU president. The declination happened soon after the petitions were filed by 2 private persons.
The court held that a probe couldn’t be interfered with by a stranger under crPC and the Delhi Police themselves were not in favour of cancelling the bail.
