Journalism and mass communication is a course known to offer all the glamour and excitement to young enthusiastic youth and hence it is one of most “look forward to” course these days.There are various colleges that offer post graduate degree in journalism and mass communication but the number of colleges offering a bachelors degrees in the same course (often called BJMC) is relatively less.

- DELHI COLLEGE OF ATRS AND COMMERCE
The first college of DU to introduce a course in journalism. DCAC started the course in 1989.

Established in 1994, Maharaja Agrasen College aimed to empower the populated East Delhi woth education.
Location: Vasundhra Enclave, Delhi. - LADY SHRI RAM COLLEGE
Considered as one of the best colleges for girls in India, Lady Shri Ram college was established in 1956 in the memory of his late wife by Sir Shri Ram. The college introduced a course in journalism in 1995.

Fee: 24, 000 - KAMALA NEHRU COLLEGE
Established in the year 1964, Kamala Nehru college is the top women’s college of DU.
Location: Defence Colony, Delhi
Fee:17,000 - KALINDI COLLEGE
Another college of DU for girls. It was established in 1967. - INDRAPRASTHA COLLEGE FOR WOMEN
IP college for women is the oldest women’s college of DU which was established in 1924.
Location: Civil Lines, Delhi.
