AMU to hold Students’ Union election soon with Lyngdoh recommendations,appointed Chief Election Officer

Aligarh Muslim University has been appointed Professor Iqbal Parvez, Chariman, Department of Zoology as the Chief Election Officer to conduct the AMU Students’ Union (AMUSU) elections which will be soon held in accordance with the Lyngdoh Committee recommendations.

However Dr Roohi Abida Ahmad, Associate Professor, History Section, Women’s College has been appointed as Chief Election Officer to conduct the elections of under-graduate students of Women’s College.
