A tribute to a teacher by his student

You are not a drop in the ocean, You are an entire ocean in a drop.
Such legends are born once in centuries and as it is correctly quoted by the great poet Allama Iqbal;
Hazaaron Saal Nargis Apne benoori pe roti hai
Bade mushqil se paid hota hai chaman me Ddiadhwar paida
( For a thousand years narcissus has been limiting its blindness; With great difficulty, the one with true vision is born in the garden.)

Holding my breath for a while and at the same time feeling shortfall of words to describe the extraordinary services provided to the Department of Education with full vigour and dedication from the year 1985 as a Middle School teacher at GMS Pattan to a Sr. lecturer cum Vice Principal, GHSS Nehalpora Pattan in a limited article although I wish I could fill pages and books which could explain all the dedication and hard work my mentor and lifeline, Mr Farooq Ahmad Lone Sahab has put in his work, mentioning work seems to be selfish, his dedication towards his students and others felt as of it was not his work but this is how he lives, this is what kind of a passionate person he is. I’m trying to limit all these years he spent in the Education Department within a limited article and I hope I can do justice to it.
Sir, I clearly remember the first time when I was introduced to you in class 4th, at your residence in Bemina. From the very first impression I became your one among the greatest fans; as your conduct, way of living, sober nature, the happiness to see my good academic results and that spark in your eyes was clearly different from all the people I had ever met in my life and that is why I still remember each and every moment of the very first meeting. Your care and compassion for other children as if they were your very own always motivated and inspired me to grow up to become a person like you are and I really find myself lucky to be able to study under your guidance at GHSS Nehalpora during the years 2015-17, as during these years I became much aware of your discipline, conduct, punctuality and most importantly the care and compassion you possessed for not only the students but the teaching and non-teaching staff too.
During these years I myself witnessed some wonderful activities initiated and led by Sir which proved to be a boon for the student community, teaching fraternity and the non-teaching as well. A few of these activities are: Introducing students of our remote area to research programme (INSPIRE) at an elementary level of class 11th. (The INSPIRE programme is an innovative programme sponsored and managed by the Department of Science & Technology for the attraction of talent to Science. The basic objective of INSPIRE is to communicate to the youth of the country the excitements of creative pursuit of science, attract talent to the study of science at an early age and thus build the required critical human resource pool for strengthening and expanding the Science & Technology system and R & D base.). Under Sir’s guidance, I also got an opportunity to become a part of the INSPIRE programme in the year 2015 and I was amazed to see that how deeply sir is indulged in inspiring, motivating and helping all the students according to their need to become as productive as possible. Launching of cleanliness drives on the first week of June every year (World Environment Week) at Ziyarat Sharief of Moulvi Mohideen Khan Sahab (R.A) and the most beautiful thing about these drives was that we created awareness about the importance of focussing on personal and community hygiene which not only is important in this pandemic but is necessary for normal life too. The upgrades to the school infrastructure like the fencing, setting up of a library, C-labs, science labs and the launching of the annual school magazine “Noor”.Inspection of surrounding private as well as government schools in order to ensure their smooth functioning and to remain updated about the level of competition which is trending everywhere. Setting up of elementary schools at the community level to benefit the education of children from a very basic level. Establishment of new Middle School building at our village Guiwa which is situated In the beautiful lap of nature. Not only collecting but donating for the needy fraternity of schools as well as the needy people in the society. Equal care, compassion and respect for teachers, students and non-teaching staff as well.
I want to congratulate Sir from the bottom of my heart and I wish I could give such respect and honour that instead of writing Mr Farooq Ahmad Lone Sahab, I wish I could write The Farooq Ahmad Lone Sahab. Sir, you deserve to be congratulated for this level of great conduct and concern for the students. May Allah save you from any distress, grief, hardship, harm and may Allah help you in all the situations. I am sure that, even after some years, no matter, where I go, I will never forget your idealism and  I will never get another like you to see and meet. Every teacher should follow the path already taken by you for the maximum benefit to our Education Department
