Women: a good housewife or a good Entrepreneur

The role of a person in a society should not be based on caste or gender.”
Human beings are a beautiful creation of the Almighty God.The abilities which they possess can make the world progress and prosper. Each and every person has his own special talent which makes them stand out unique in this competitive world. Usually, people excel in the field in which they have interest and work hard to give their best.Women – the part of society that actually makes the world go on…and reach the zenith of power.

According to me, women are multitalented. It’s just the talent or quality in them which they develop the more, it prospers more and accordingly they get a suitable and the perfect role in the society which becomes their courier. We know that nowadays women have different roles: as housewives, as doctors, as engineers, and the list goes on and on…. And when it comes to the question

Women: good housewife or a good Entrepreneur…. Then the perfect answer to this can be – “it’s her wish!”

It is a well-known or it would be better to say that a well experienced fact that the proper well balanced life of each and every person is due to the women in the family. The role of a housewife is of crucial importance. She knows how to carry out all responsibilities in a perfect manner. This enables all the members of the family to achieve success in their lives. A commonly heard statement I would like to quote…when a boy attains the age of marriage… it is often said “iski to shaadi kra do…life set hojaegi”… yes…so true…that a woman makes the life of a man “perfect” in every manner.I don’t think that there is any need to give examples of successful housewives as you already know them… your wife, your mother, your grandmother….

Entrepreneurship is the process of starting a business or other organization. The entrepreneur chooses or develops a business model, acquires the human and other required resources and is fully responsible for its success or failure. Gone are the days when the field of entrepreneurship was only for the male section of the society. Now, women have stood out and proved that along with all the other roles, they can even become successful entrepreneurs. With the proper time management skills, capability to use all the resources appropriately and the talent to carry a task in the most accurate manner enables a woman to win laurels by becoming entrepreneur as well. The popular examples of this fact include Indra Nooyi (CFO,Pepsico) ,Naina Lal Kidwai (country head of HSBC,India) , Chanda Kochar (MD & CEO, ICICI Bank), Simone Tata (LakmeChairpesron) and many more.

Thus to conclude, the sum and substance would be – a woman has enough potential to be a good housewife and also enough wisdom to become a good Entrepreneur. It is rightly said –
“Give a girl her right shoes and she can conquer the world.”
