Whatsapp slew features relating text formatting and sharing files

Beginning of this month, Whatsaap introduced two cool new functions to their new update 2.12.535 which allows users to format their text by making it bold, italicize and word they want to strike. First the option was only for the Google play beta testers but now has started for the regular users, starting with IOS.

The IOS v2.12.535 brings its users a unique way of formatting the text in which users get a combining option of all the options in a single message. All you need to do is to write a text that you have to see in bold *inside asterisks* if you want your phrase in italicize _between underscores_ and word you want to strike through ~between tildes~.

Users can also combine theses tools in a message, as if users want to combine bold + italics, they can type _*between respective symbols_*. Similarly if they want to combine all three in one than they can type ~_*between the respective symbols~_*.

The two options, strikethrough as well as combining all three has come to the Google Beta app or version v2.12.561. As still on android all users are not able to use this option, on other side v2.12.556 available in Google play, or v2.12.559 available in the company website.

Earlier this week Whatsaap has rolled out an update for the android users that bring a unique function of quick reply via notifications. The function comes to v2.12.560 and available to beta testers who have signed up with Google play.

The other important feature included, is the option to share files shared in their Google Drive. The documents should be in the form of PDF and should be stored in device rather than cloud based. To share the files one need to choose the `Browse other docs` option in `Document` under `Attachment`.
