With the first cut off list of 9undergraduate courses in delhi university about to release, aspirants are quite worried, anxious and confused about their future colleges.delhi university has always been the most popular and a landmark of various trends among the youths. The University of Delhi informally known as Delhi University is a public central collegiate university, located in New Delhi, India. It is known for its high standards in teaching and research, as well as the eminent scholars that it attracts to its faculty.
There are about 77 colleges affiliated to the University of Delhi, spread out all over the Delhi. There are two main campuses of the University: the North Campus & the South Campus.
North Campus hosts the three founding colleges of the university which constituted the University of Delhi when it was founded. North campus proper now has nine colleges geographically centered on the Faculty of Arts, Science and Law which are Daulat Ram College, Hansraj College, Hindu College, Indraprastha College for Women, Kirori Mal College, Miranda House, SGTB Khalsa College. Ramjas College, St. Stephen’s College and Shri Ram College of Commerce.
St. Stephen’s college :
It is a constituent college of the University of Delhi located in Delhi, India. It is a Christian college under Church of North India and widely regarded as one of the oldest and most prestigious colleges for arts and sciences in India, producing a line of distinguished alumni. It was established by the Cambridge Mission to Delhi in 1881. The college admits both undergraduates and post-graduates, and awards degrees in liberal arts and sciences under the purview of the DU.

Shri ram college of commerce:
SRCC is a college affiliated to the University of Delhi granting undergraduate and graduate degrees. Founded in 1926 in New Delhi, it is one of the oldest and one of the most prestigious institutes of higher learning in Commerce and Economics in India. SRCC has been consistently ranked as India’s no.1 institution for studies in Commerce. As a result, the college is now considered synonymous with success and brilliance. Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College is a constituent college of the University of Delhi. Established in 1951, it is one of the oldest and most prestigious institutes for Commerce and Economics in India and regularly features in the top commerce college rankings with B.Com(Hons) and Eco(Hons) being the most sought after courses. Last year’s college cutoff touched 97.5% for these courses. It is located on the North campus of the university, in New Delhi, India. The college offers courses in sciences, commerce and the arts. The University of Delhi started South Campus in 1973 as an effort to cope with the enormous expansion while continuing to maintain its high academic standards and to facilitate access for South Delhi residents. It moved to its present location on Benito Juarez Road, near Dhaula Kuan, in 1984. The Campus is spread across 28 hectares (69 acres) of green, hilly terrain and its buildings blend attractively with the natural surroundings. The various Departments are located in the Faculty of Arts, Inter-disciplinary, Applied Sciences and the S.P. Jain Centre for Management Studies.

Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College (ARSD College), formerly Sanatan Dharma College, is a co-educational best constituent college of the University of Delhi. The college was founded on August 3, 1959 by the Sanatan Dharma Sabha, Delhi. Late Shri Atma Ram Chadha, a well-known philanthropist, took over as chairman of the college governing body in 1967.
