JNU student missing case: Najeeb still Missing,Lie detector test for Najeeb’s room mate 

The disappearance of Najeeb from JNU took a new turn when the crime branch of Delhi Police entered JNU Campus for a search.

A dozen of senior police officers along with district commissioner of police and more than 600 police personnel searched JNU Campus on 20th December.

The students of JNU have criticized Delhi Police over the delay in investigation.

Many protests have taken place to demand proper investigation for the case after Najeeb’s disappearance.

Najeeb,a first year student of Msc biotechnology is missing from 15thOctober after getting assaulted by a mob of students including ABVP members.

JNUSU and many student organizations along with Najeeb’s family has been protesting against police inaction and ABVP since his disappearance.

Delhi Police have decided to take lie detector test of Najeeb’s room mate Qasim.

This decision have led to further criticism of Delhi Police from Student leaders of JNU and student community alike.
