She also believes that if you are doing something, you should give your best to it and then only it is justified to expect the best out of it. Her belief is justified by her extra ordinary performance and achievements throughout her school and college life.

Currently she is pursuing B.Tech in IT from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University and is placed in the leading IT firm Microsoft. But that’s not it, this young girl also has the social initiative ITSOHKAY to her credit. Just like her, the initiative aims at spreading smiles and happiness around by encouraging various NGOs and help them through organizing various events and activities for them and much more.

Kanika participated and won various laurels in school as well as in college ; be it essay writing, debates , leading college students as LFT(Leaders for Tomorrow) college ambassador or working to save nature through eco club and Greensphere , she has stood out in all.

The girl is filled with extreme dedication and hard work as well as determination to achieve her goals and dreams. Besides being good at performing individually, she is also a team performer and a commendable leader. It is said that a good leader is one which inspires and encourages all the team members to perform well. Well, these qualities certainly shine in her personality and no one who has ever worked with her would deny it.

In school she used to be friends and with all of her school friends and also managed to make all her friends work as a whole. In college she has done various projects and outshone various competitions including CISCO IDEATE: The GREAT INDIA DIGITAL COMPETITION where her team represented her college amongst the top colleges of INDIA.

The more praiseworthy characteristic here is that while working achieving all of this she never ever let her grades suffer. Students usually blame time limitation and interest in various curricular activities for their bad grades, but Kanika managed to score pretty decent marks all through her college as well as topped during her school years.

Since childhood, she likes to socialize and make new friends. To learn about computers has been her hobby since class 6th. And presently, she is putting efforts in her initiative that she has taken up for social welfare, ItsOhkay (www.itsohkay.in).
Regarding her future plans, she says, “I am looking forward to join Microsoft and wish to have a great learning experience. Besides that I’ll be putting efforts to spread smiles all around with ItsOhkay. “

It is riveting to know besides working on the path of success with respect to career, she also considers her duty towards the society as an integral part of her life. We wish her luck for all the endeavors that she puts up in future.
