This fellowship gives him an opportunity to fabricate and develop further his SSS devices and he is hopeful that the future processors and integrated chips will be based on JMI developed SSS technology. It is worth to mention that he has already filed a patent for the SSS technology and getting a Canadian fellowship for the same shows it’s importance and significance. He is in process of filing an international patent/US patent for the same. The SSS devices are multifunctional and can realize devices as well as circuits directly. A significant improvement in space, speed, power consumption, cost etc can be achieved by the SSS device technology based processors and integrated circuits.
