Jamia BDS admissions through NEET

As per the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India regarding National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) administered by the CBSE, Jamia’s BDS Entrance Examination scheduled for 03.06.2016 stands cancelled.

All prospective candidates who are desirous of gaining admission to the BDS course at JMI for the academic year 2016-17 are required to appear in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) administered by the CBSE.

Jamia will use NEET All India Rankings for selection under existing admission/reservation policy of the university. Further, the application for BDS programme for the academic year 2016-17 at JMI shall be reopened for desirous candidates from 1st June to 15th June, 2016 on the website (www.jmi.ac.in).

 Note    A – Applicants already registered with Jamia for BDS admission

1)      Must take NEET examination.
2)      Those who have not appeared in NEET-I (AIPMT) must appear in NEET-2 for being considered for admission.
3)      Have to submit online NEET Roll No. through JMI website

      B – Applicants not registered for Jamia’s BDS admission

1)      Must register for BDS admission process being reopened from 1st June to 15th June, 2016.
2)      Must take NEET examination.
3)      Those who have not appeared in NEET-1 (AIPMT) must appear in NEET-2 for being considered for admission.
4)      Have to submit NEET Roll No. through JMI website
