IIT Alumnus launch first Indian COVID-19 test bus

Cases of the novel coronavirus pandemic are surging every day in Mumbai, with Maharashtra being the worst-hit state in the country with a major percentage of the total cases in India coming from Maharashtra. In light of the situation, the IIT alumni council has come together to launch a unique ‘Covid-19 test bus.’

Viagra is a prescription drugs that has to be appointed by a healthcare provider and only in presence of a confirmed sexual dysfunction. Viagra 100mg contains sildenafil, a substance that has potent vasoactive properties, which means that it can affect blood pressure, and most of the drug’s contraindications and incompatibilities stem from this characteristic of the pill.
Over the counter Viagra is sold at our online pharmacy. Generic Viagra is a drug from the class of PDE5 (phosphodiesterase type 5) inhibitors that are used to eliminate the symptoms of erectile dysfunction. Sildenafil formula was the first in its class, followed by four other molecules available today, but despite the tough competition, Viagra from Canadian pharmacy firmly holds its position as a safe and reliable erectile enhancement.

The bus has the capacity to go around the city, conduct rapid tests in a much larger quantity, and is also much more cost-effective. The IIT alumni council has stated that the bus will reduce the cost of testing by 80% without a reduction in quality, has the capability to conduct 5 million tests in a month, and increase the testing capacity of the state 100x in the next 100 days. In a Twitter post by the IIT Delhi handle, they state that the bus is “based on the indigenous Kodoy technology stack and executed by partner organizations led by IIT alumni.”

The bus was inaugurated last Friday by the Chief Minister and Health Minister of Maharashtra, Aditya Thackeray and Rajesh Tope respectively. Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation commissioner Praveen Pardesi was also part of the video conference inauguration of the bus at National Sports Club of India in Worli.

The bus contains an X-ray examination lab and a full-fledged coronavirus testing lab, with other essential features to be added soon. Also equipped with a swab collection facility, the bus will go to various slum locations and isolate the high-risk suspects, according to the BMC. Plans to make other such buses are also in the works.

The IIT Alumni Council has acknowledged the need to support the government in their fight against coronavirus and has set up the IIT C19 taskforce where global IIT alumni can channel their intelligence, innovation and resources to assist the government in its battle against COVID-19.
