The student wings of Congress,BJP,Communist Party of India (Marxist–Leninist) and Aam Aadmi Party declared their candidates for the four crucial posts in the keenly-contested Delhi University Students Union (DUSU) elections, which are scheduled to be held on September 11.
Candidates of Congress affiliated National Students Union of India (NSUI)
1. Pradeep Vijayran, a final year LLB student for the post of President
2.Prerna Singh of Ram Lal Anand College was selected as the Vice Presidential candidate
3.Amit Sehrawat from Faculty of Law for the post of secretary
4. Deepak Chaudhury from Hansraj college for the post of Joint Secretary
Candidates of BJP affiliated Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP)
1. Satender Awana from Department of Buddhist Studies for Presidential candidate
2. Sunny Dedha from Faculty of Law for the post of Vice President
3. Anjali Rana from Lakshmi Bai college for the post of Secretary
4. Chatrapal Yadav from Department of Buddhist Studies for the post of Joint Secretary
Candidates of Communist Party of India (Marxist–Leninist) affiliated All India Students Association (AISA)
1. Sheetal Bhopal, a MA (previous) student of Hindu College will be contesting for presidential post.
2. Sudhanshu Shekhar, a B.com (hons) 2nd year from Sri Aurobindo robindo College (eve) for the Vice Presidential post
3. Ravi Kumar, who is pursuing MA (Hindi) from Ramjas College will contest for the post of secretary
4. Abhinav Kumar, a second year B.A. (Pol.Science) student from Deshbandhu College for the post of joint secretary

1. Kuldeep Bidhuri, student of PGDAV (Morning) College for the post of President
2. Garima Rana from Hindu College for the post of Vice President
