AMU students get scholarship for preparation for civil services exam

The Training and Placement Office (General), Aligarh Muslim University, in collaboration with the Chanakya IAS Academy, New Delhi, organized a scholarship test for the University students. About 200 students appeared in the test.

The Chanakya IAS Academy is engaged in providing tutorials to the students who aspire to appear in the civil services examination and other national level employment based exams like banking etc. The test was organized to motivate and guide the students to appear in national and state examinations for government jobs.

A good number of AMU students succeeded in achieving good marks in the test which was based on Civil Services pattern. The Chankaya Academy has given 100% scholarships to 5 top performers while other five high scorers were given 70, 60, 50, 40 and 30 percent scholarships according to their marks respectively. On this occasion, certificates of excellence were also provided to top 20 performers.

Students who have got the scholarships, may join the Chanakaya Academy for preparing for civil services exams or other employment tests.
